Today is a cold, rainy and dreary day. After sitting in traffic, stressing about time, rushing off in two directions to both Taekwondo and Swim lessons, it was so nice to come home to an already cooked, hot crockpot meal of White Chicken Chili! What was even better is that this afternoon all my husband had to do was just dump an already assembled ziplock bag into the slow cooker. Pre-made freezer crockpot kits are so awesome!
