Easy Weekly Meal Plan # 2

This inspiration for this week’s menu came from experimenting with a $11.61 turkey breast I picked up on a buy one get one free sale ($22.63 for two).

On Sunday, I made lazy day turkey breast in the crockpot and paired it with a few easy pantry sides. The cost of the ingredients for the sides was $3.75!

On Monday, we re-purposed the leftover turkey into Turkey Enchiladas and paired it with rice-a-roni mexican rice and corn. Since we already had the turkey, this was just an additional $6.05.

On Tuesday we needed a break from Turkey so we had Ravioli and Garlic Toast. This meal cost $6.70.

On Wednesday, we had Turkey Tortellini Soup and crunchy french bread. Since we already had the turkey, the additional ingredients cost $6.86.

On Thursday we had a busy night so it was turkey sandwiches and chips. All we needed to put this on the table was fancy sandwich buns and a bag of chips. This one was just an additional $3.50 on top of the leftover turkey.

On Friday, we whipped up a quick turkey pot pie braid in the oven. The cost of ingredients for this meal was $4.72 since we already had the leftover turkey.

All told, the cost of groceries for dinners this week was $43.19! Even better – they were all on the table really fast and were really easy to put together. If you use any of these as inspiration for turkey leftovers next week, I’d love to hear from you!
